For those who do not have any insurance coverage or who choose to pay for services and submit their own claims, we accept the following forms of payment:

MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE

The Robichaud-Levesque Clinic has extensive experience in managing patients who have suffered motor vehicle related injuries. We will provide you with a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan and will facilitate the submission of your claim to your insurance company. Our goal is to help restore your quality of life and get you back to your day-to-day activities.

WORKSAFE NB (WSNB)

We manage WSNB claims with valid and approved claim numbers (provided by your employer or workplace). Services can be directly billed to WSNB on your behalf.

FEDERAL POPULATIONS

The federal government is the fifth largest provider of healthcare services. It provides services through a variety of funding and delivery models, some of which include chiropractic services. These subgroups include:
