Daniel Kimber is originally from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and has recently found a new home in Moncton where he is proud to serve members of the surrounding community who seek to improve their health and wellness.
He studied human kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University, class of 2012, before graduating magna cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2022.
Dr. Kimber uses a systematic, empathetic, and evidence-based approach to create an individualized treatment program for all neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Treatment approaches include spinal manipulative therapy, manual joint mobilization, instrument-assisted joint mobilization (ProAdjuster), functional cupping, IASTM, laser/photobiomodulation therapy, vestibular/ocular-motor rehabilitation, and individualized functional rehabilitation.
Dr. Kimber treats patients of all ages for a variety of conditions and has developed a keen interest in treating concussions. He has training in vestibular ocular motor screening and rehabilitation.
Prior to his career as a chiropractor, he worked for a number of years as a functional rehabilitation kinesiologist in various multidisciplinary clinics across Nova Scotia and Ontario, where he focused on active rehabilitation, aquatic-based therapy, and gait assessment/orthotic prescription. He also has five years of experience as a sideline therapist working with university and high school athletes in football, hockey, and basketball.
On his off time, Daniel can usually be found cooking, exercising, or cheering on his favourite sports teams with friends and family.
