These are great preliminary exercises that can help manage pain and discomfort at the TMJ joints.
TMJ Alignment Exercises
Ensuring proper alignment through TMJ range of motion in paramount in order to reduce potential stress at the joint. Perform these exercises gently at first and progress as tolerated. If you suffer any increased discomfort or pain discontinue these exercises immediately.
